Four key appointments have been made at Wirral Partnership Homes.

Brian Simpson 1. Chief Executive - Brian Simpson
Brian is the Chief Executive of WPH. Brian has worked in housing at a number of local authorities and housing associations at different levels over the last 27 years.
Brian leads the Executive Management Team and is responsible for developing the strategic direction of the company by working with the Board and staff of the company.
Patrick McCarthy 2. Deputy Chief Executive and Company Secretary - Patrick McCarthy
Patrick is the Deputy Chief Executive and Company Secretary and has over twenty years experience of social housing, the last ten years in the Registered Social Landlord sector. He is a qualified accountant by profession and a member of the Registered Social Landlord Panel of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.
Patrick's teams provide governance, legal, performance management and communications services, as well as Information Technology, Human Resources and Finance services.
Jayne Winders 3. Director of Housing - Jayne Winders
Jayne has worked in housing in Wirral for six years. With 20 years in housing covering a wide range of services in several areas of the North West, she has brought a great deal of knowledge and experience to WPH. She is a Chartered Environmental Health Professional and it was an early interest in public health and social conditions that led to a career in housing.

David Rooke 4. Director of Regeneration - David Rooke
David has worked in social housing for over 30 years for local authorities and registered social landlords. His experience includes housing management, property management, development and building maintenance. He is involved in a voluntary capacity in a number of housing related activities in Ellesmere Port, Chester and at national level.
