WPH have been given planning permission for their first development of new properties.  The 6 eco-friendly and secure by design properties will be built in Juliet Avenue, Bebington.  Feature of these fantastic new homes for rent include:

  • solar panels
  • rainwater butts
  • composters
  • energy efficiency - they will be some of the most energy efficient homes in Wirral
  • a Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) to help prevent flooding
  • secure by design - so you and your belongings will be safe
  • Lifetime Homes Standard - so you can move in and continue to live in your home no matter what the future brings

  • Work will start on site in January 2009 with the homes ready for tenants to move into in January 2010.
