Equality and Diversity
WPH believes all people should be treated with dignity and respect. We will take steps to ensure we create a culture that promotes equal opportunities and celebrates diversity. One of the values in our 2020 Vision is ‘respecting equality and diversity’.
We are a fair and transparent organisation that does not unfairly discriminate against anyone because of their age, disability, gender identity, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief or non-belief, sex, or sexuality. We also aim to ensure we do not treat anyone less favourably because of their appearance, social class, employment status, membership of trade unions or political belief, chronic illness (such as HIV-positive, MS and cancer), nationality, responsibility for dependants, or anything else that may cause someone to be treated unfairly.
