Brian Simpson 

Brian Simpson - Chief Executive

Brian is the Chief Executive of WPH. Brian has worked in housing at a number of local authorities and housing associations at different levels over the last 27 years. 

Brian leads the Executive Management Team and is responsible for developing the strategic direction of the company by working with the Board and staff of the company.

Patrick McCarthy - Deputy Chief Executive

Patrick is the Deputy Chief Executive and Company Secretary.  He has over 14 years experience of social housing.  He is a qualified accountant by profession and a member of the Registered Provider Panel of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.  Patrick's teams provide governance, legal, performance management, Information Technology, Human Resources and Finance services.

Jayne Winders

Jayne Winders - Director of Housing Services

Jayne has worked in housing in Wirral for six years.  With 20 years in housing covering a wide range of services in several areas of the North West, she has brought a great deal of knowledge and experience to WPH. She is a Chartered Environmental Health Professional and it was an early interest in public health and social conditions that led to a career in housing.
