| As well as measuring and monitoring our own performance we are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). The TSA gathers information which you can view to see how we compare to other landlords in the area.
You will find us compared on six things that tenants have told the TSA they would find useful. They include comparing your rent with the local average and seeing how we rate in terms of our overall service and repairs and maintenance in particular. You can compare our performance with other landlords in two ways. The first is via the TSA website. Just click on the “Find and Compare Landlords” link in the top right-hand corner of the website. No logins, passwords or subscriptions are needed - all you have to do is enter your postcode. The second is via the HouseMark dashboard. This allows you to easily see how WPH compares against other landlords showing performance against cost. As well as monitoring our performance, the Audit Commission inspects all housing associations on behalf the TSA. In January 2008 the Audit Commission awarded WPH with 'One star with promising prospects for improvement' in their inspection report.
