Resident involvement
Every month, you will find up to date performance information on this website, and on public notice boards in our offices. Our newsletters and annual reports contain additional information about our performance.
We welcome feedback about our services, and we review and act upon your suggestions and complaints in order to continue to improve what we do. The You Said, We Did section describes the changes we have made in response to your feedback.
We have also trained a team of volunteer residents to become Customer Inspectors. These people are responsible for mystery shopping our services and making sure we perform to standard.
