Apprentices
WPH Building Services places great emphasis on training, and our Apprenticeship Programme is our most successful training scheme. We currently have 20 apprentices learning across a diverse range of occupational sectors.
WPH has supported the local construction economy by regularly recruiting a new annual intake of full construction apprentices, in a climate where such positions are extremely scarce. Such opportunities regularly attract a massive volume of interest.
The programme has been strongly supported by the WPH Board and Executive Management Team, and has involved a substantial investment on the part of WPH. WPH now participates in Industry Boards and Steering groups to encourage good training practices.
