Improving homes

- uPVC windows and doors will be fitted to homes where needed
- modern kitchen and bathroom fitted to homes where needed
- central heating will be fitted to homes that do not have any at present
Tackling nuisance

We will
- continue to work closely with Wirral Council's Anti-Social Behaviour Team
- assist and support tenants who report anti-social behaviour
- provide Neighbourhood Wardens
- develop policies tailored to individual estates
Tenant involvement

We will ensure
- there are five tenant representatives on our Board
- tenants are consulted on all matters that affect them
- support is given to tenants' and residents' associations
- tenants are encouraged to become members of the company

- work with community groups and agencies to improve the quality of life on estates

We will complete
- emergency repairs made safe within 2 hours, completed within 24 hours
- very urgent repairs within 24 hours
- urgent repairs within 7 days
- routine repairs within 1 month
