Crime Prevention
In response to resident concerns about the risk of theft and other crime we have trained our neighbourhood wardens to use Home Office Crime Reduction principles to advise tenants. Our wardens can visit you in your home and help you to reduce your risk of becoming a victim of crime. This is what we are doing:

Practical prevention – We are the only social landlord in Wirral providing residents with the following equipment FREE of charge:
• door/window alarms
• SmartWater property marking
• shed alarms
• anti-climb measures
• mobility aid alarms
Offering relevant advice
• distributing Home Office leaflets
• visiting residents to talk about security
Working in partnership - With agencies like:
• Wirral Council
• Police
• Trading Standards
• Health Service
• Probation Service
