Incentive Scheme
Are you aware of WPH Reward Scheme? The Reward Scheme could provide a £100 reward to any tenant who gives four weeks' notice and meets certain other conditions.
- To qualify for the £100 reward, an out going tenant must;
- Give 4 weeks notice
- Allow our staff and contractors to inspect and carry out any repairs before you leave
- Allow our staff to show prospective new tenants around the property whilst still occupied
- Carry out any repairs or replace any items that are identified as being the tenants responsibility before you move out
- Leave the property and gardens clean, tidy and free from rubbish
- Have a clear rent account on the day you move out
If you satisfy this criteria WPH will aim to post a cheque out to you at your new address within 4 weeks of your
tenancy ending.
