Your safety is our biggest priority and it is a legal requirement for WPH to service all its gas appliances annually.  Our service exceeds legal requirements, as we check all of our gas appliances and systems every 10 months.  This ensures that you stay safe in your home. 

When your property is due for a gas service, we will send you a letter and arrange for one of our contractors (PH Jones or Liberty) to visit your home.  It is very important that you let our contractors in to do this check.  If you do not keep your appointment, and we cannot get in touch with you, then we may have to go to Court in order to gain access to your home and carry out gas servicing.

We use an external gas auditor to check on the quality of our work.  This ensures that we maintain the highest safety standards.

We also provide competitively priced gas servicing for leaseholders.

Health and Safety Executive

The Health and Safety Executive website www.hse.gov.uk  contains information about gas appliances/equipment and tells you what to do in an emergency. It also provides advice for landlords, and letting agents on how to comply with the law.
