Leaseholders and Gas Safety
If you have a gas supply or gas appliances in your flat, you are responsible for ensuring they are checked and serviced annually. This is to ensure safety in your own home and your neighbours’ homes.
If you sublet your flat then you are legally required to service gas appliances every year.
