Housing Benefit

Housing Benefit is provided by Wirral Council to help people on low income pay their rent.  To make a claim, you need to fill in a Housing Benefit Form (PDF) and post it to Wirral Council.  We can help you do this.

If you are entitled to Housing Benefit, Wirral Council will pay your rent direct to us.  You must tell Wirral Council immediately if any of your circumstances change, you can phone them on (0151) 606 2002 or Contact the Income Team for help.
