High Rise
WPH has embarked upon an ambitious project to refurbish at least five high rise blocks, with work starting in January 2010.
The WPH Board spent time to very carefully consider the future of high rise schemes. WPH has taken into account a range of factors including current and future demand, the cost to bring the buildings and flats up to the Government’s Decent Homes standard and also the long term maintenance of the individual schemes.
