Appointments
We offer appointments for all non urgent repairs and send written repair receipts to confirm appointments. We also send confirmations by text message.
- If you report your repair between 8am and 8pm we will provide you with an appointment slot there and then.
- If you report your repair outside these hours we will contact you the next working day to arrange an appointment
The following appointments will be offered:

* Thursday evening and Saturday morning appointments are available to residents who work Mon—Fri daytime if alternative arrangements for access cannot be made.
Missed Appointments
If you are aware in advance that you will no longer be available to be home at a pre-arranged appointment, please contact our Repairs Response Centre. We will give you priority status and provide you with a convenient alternative appointment. We aim to keep at least 96% of appointments made.
