Emergency Repairs
An emergency repair is needed when there is an immediate health and safety risk to a resident or property. For example, this could be a serious electrical fault, total loss of water supply or damage that causes an immediate security risk.
If you have a gas leak, you should immediately telephone TRANSCO on 0800 111 999. They will deal with any report of a gas leak free of charge.
