Repairs and Resident Involvement
WPH aims to involve residents in planning services for the future. There are numerous ways you can help and get involved. The WPH repairs service is shaped and influenced by resident feedback and through regular meetings of our Customer Maintenance Focus Group. Members of the group have recently received training to become 'customer inspectors' - inspecting work carried out by WPH and monitoring our performance.
