Fixed Service Charges
A fixed service charge is a payment made by a resident in addition to their rent. It is to pay for shared services and benefits provided or maintained by WPH.
When WPH transferred from the Council, it promised to separate fixed service charges from rent. This is so you only pay for the services you use, and know exactly what you are paying for.
WPH has already done a lot to improve homes but now needs to improve current services and introduce new ones that residents have requested.
If you are a resident in a flat or sheltered home with shared areas, WPH will write to you to explain the proposals for your block. WPH will arrange to meet you to discuss any changes to services or charges that may apply.
