Shop Rental
WPH owns 85 shop units, located all across Wirral.
Units are managed on our behalf by Wirral Council, you can view available shops on their website.
WPH shop units are low cost to rent, and this helps small community based businesses to be successful. All our shops are based right on our estates - providing a close and highly populated community customer base.
In order to rent a WPH shop you will need to apply through the Wirral Council website, provide satisfactory references and pass a financial check.
You told us that many shop units were in need of improvement, we are now spending £250,000 to upgrade our shop units.
