Over the last year, WPH residents have been involved in major decisions about their homes. Involvement can range from a one to one meeting with a member of the WPH team, to large group meetings or informal ‘estate walkabouts.’
Recently, WPH has -
- Held drop in sessions to inform high rise residents
- Consulted residents about new kitchens and bathrooms
- Trained ‘Customer Inspectors’
- Created tailor made Support Plans for sheltered tenants
- Worked in partnership with resident associations
- Set up focus groups to policy and procedure
- Ran a successful 'Garden Competition' for WPH residents
