Customer Inspectors
At WPH we are always looking for ways to involve residents and improve our services. In November 2007 we trained a group of volunteer residents to become Customer Inspectors - responsible for mystery shopping our services.
Any WPH tenant or leaseholder can take us up on the opportunity to become a Customer Inspector. We hold regular meetings and training sessions for the group, and we really value the feed back we get from our resident detectives!
