Adaptations
Our adaptations service aims to help disabled and older tenants stay in their homes for as long as possible.
The adaptations we can provide include showers, stair lifts, ramps and grab rails. Working alongside Occupational Therapists we will first survey your home. Where it is not possible we will talk to you about other options in meeting your needs. This may mean moving to a more suitably adapted property. If this is agreed, up to £1000.00 will be offered to you towards removal costs, carpeting and decoration.
