WPH Survey of Tenants and Residents

Feb 03 2012

WPH is carrying out a tenant satisfaction survey called “STAR”. It is a standard satisfaction survey for all housing organisations. Over 1000 tenants will be selected at random to complete the survey, and everyone who completes it will be entered into a prize draw to win a 32 inch TV or £250 cash. If you are selected, we will send you a letter explaining how to complete the survey online or by phone. It’s a great way for you to get involved without leaving your living room. Using the same survey means we can compare our results with other housing associations and share our findings with you. Full story »
