WPH was very pleased to attend the Wirral First Time Buyers Fair on Saturday 17 October. Steve Eaves, Regeneration and Development Manager said, “It was great to let so many residents know about the good work WPH does. We had lots of interest from people considering renting from us”.
WPH had a unique selling point ‘Why buy when you can rent instead?’. WPH was the alternative option for first time buyers that maybe weren’t quite ready to buy. Many couldn’t believe how affordable our rents were compared to what they were paying in the private sector.
The event was supported by Wirral Borough Council, mortgage advisers, solicitors, developers and other Housing Associations. It helped raise our profile as the largest landlord on the Wirral.
