Ready Steady Consult Event

WPH took a ‘Ready, Steady, Cook’ approach to collating customer comments on the TSA Standards at their recent Umbrella Group meeting.  All residents were given green pepper and red tomato cards and were asked to vote on a number of service areas within the TSA Standards.  These included ASB, repairs, cleaning and security, access to customer services and improvement works.  Any questions that divided the group are being used to develop local offers.

There was also a question and answer session with WPH Chief Executive, Brian Simpson, the Executive Management Team and members of the WPH Board.
