WPH was delighted to present St Michael and All Angels Catholic Primary School, Woodchurch, Wirral, with new equipment purchased with a WPH Community Grant.
The school have been fundraising to improve their outdoor facilities and WPH were happy to buy the school a shed to get them started.
Mrs Sally Collins, Head Teacher for the school, said, “We are delighted with the new shed. It enables the school to store outside play equipment safely. Play is an important element in developing children’s social skills and as a primary school, we can’t always afford everything we need.”
Sally Kew, Community Development Co-ordinator, said, “Community Grants are about supporting our communities through a variety of activities and we are very pleased to be able to fund this shed for a local school.”
