THERE MAY BE AN ERROR IN YOUR LAST RENT STATEMENT
WPH is extremely sorry to have to tell you that due to a very minor computer error, your last rent statement dated 16th August 2010 may have two inaccuracies:
- The opening balance brought forward, (the figure at the top of the column) may be wrongly showing as 0:00 when it should have shown the amount that you are in credit or deficit.
- Because the opening balance is wrong the closing balance, (the figure at the very bottom of the column), may also be incorrect.
All of the figures in between these two numbers, the transactions are accurate and show all of the payments that have made in the period.
Please accept WPH’s apology for misinforming you in this way. The error is now being rectified and a replacement statement will be posted shortly.
