Sub regional CBL consultation

The government has requested that all providers of social housing allocate available homes through a Choice Based Letting System (CBL). This approach, which involves applicants applying for homes that are advertised each week, has been in place in Wirral for some years. On Wirral, the CBL is managed by Wirralhomes, which operates from Wirral Council on behalf of the Housing Associations in Wirral. If you want to rent a home in Wirral that is managed by a social landlord such as WPH, you will need to know about Wirralhomes and CBL.

 

CBL match applicants to available properties.  The next step is to extend the approach to a much larger area in Merseyside.
